HM CRAH was founded by a healthcare professional with more than 15 years of clinical experience. Our background-checked care team provides in-home support across Edmonton, shaped around individual needs.
Support for everyday life
Our services include personal care, home support and daily living, medication support, respite and companionship, and specialized support for seniors living with dementia, Alzheimer’s or physical disabilities.
We discuss the person’s routines, preferences and care needs with the family, then develop an individual care plan. Our service includes 24-hour on-call nursing support.
